Cost of Shipping 

Within Australia 

There is a flat $10 fee for all orders up to $99 and shipping is free for orders of $100 or more. 

 
Outside Australia 
International orders of $200 AUD and above are charged a flat rate of $70 AUD. For orders under $200 AUD, a flat rate of AUD$40 is charged. This is for all countries outside of Australia.

 

Delivery Time 

Standard shipping within Australia takes 5 to 7 business days - unless otherwise agreed in writing. All Australian orders using 'standard shipping' are delivered using Australia Post.  

International orders will take 7 - 10 days from dispatch to delivery. 

All orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of being received.  

 

International Shipping Terms 

All international shipping must be signed for on delivery. International customers may be liable for any customs, duty, taxes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  Hoopla Tote  Bags  will not be liable for any customs or import duties and taxes.
