Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your Hoopla as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, and the item is in original condition with all tags attached, we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 21 days of the purchase date.

To exchange or return your item please email our customer care team at hello@hooplatotebags.com. The team will provide you with a return authorisation number. Please package the items you are returning carefully for protection during transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted. We recommend that you post the merchandise back to Hoopla Tote Bags via registered post or courier to ensure it is received securely and in a timely manner. Hoopla Tote Bags will not accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund of only the product price will be given once the item has been received in original condition and packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge. 

In the event that items are faulty or not as per ordered please lodge a claim via hello@hooplatotebags.com providing the following information:

  • supporting evidence e.g. photos
  • order number
  • contact phone number.

Our customer care team will contact you to make arrangements for the return of the product. Once returned and inspected, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

If you simply change your mind, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sale items.
